This lower body-focused workshop our hands on clinical crafting series brings special attention to the therapeutic treatment of the lumbar spine, hip flexors, and gluteal structures—areas often loaded with tension. With an emphasis on easeful mechanics, fluid transitions, and foundational mobility tools, this 2-day experiential course offers techniques that integrate seamlessly. Expect clear demos, plenty of hands-on practice (give & receive), and grounded, intuitive guidance every step of the way.

Sustainably crafted techniques for addressing deep pelvic & lumbar tension
Multi-angled & focused access to QL, hip flexors and glutes
Side-lying, supine & creative draping positions for better access without strain
Functional mobility drills and positioning tricks you can teach clients—or use as therapist resets
Tools and bolster support for comfort and longevity
The art of “less effort, more effect” when working with dense or guarded tissue
Alternative hand & forearm techniques with gravity assisted skills
Deep flow: stitching techniques together in a client-ready rhythm

- Table, pillows: 2 large pillows, 3 small pillows, shoulder bolsters, preferred gel/oil/lotion, blanket & heating pad(optional)
